John Bonifaz recently applied to Democracy for America (national) for endorsement. A few local DFA groups in Massachusetts have already endorsed him (and DFA-Boston is currently in the middle of an online vote). Local group endorsements are a prerequisite for national endorsement, but they're usually not enough. DFA also pays attention to how many individual recommendations a candidate gets from DFA grassroots people.
If you've ever participated in DFA, or want to, please
recommend John Bonifaz! You need to log in on dfalink.com to recommend a candidate, so if you don't have a dfalink.com account you'll need to sign up first. It doesn't cost anything, it'll let you see local DFA events and groups near you and sign up for them, and you'll get on DFA's national email list.
Once you're logged in on DFA-Link, recommending is easy! Just
follow this link, click on "Voice Your Support" at the top of the page, and add a brief comment if you want to, then click "show support".
Pass it on! Particularly to DFA groups you know near you, and any Deanies and other progressives you know in Massachusetts.
P.S. I'm Bonifaz's campaign blogger. Visit his site and read my posts :)
