Help needed : need poll watch checklist for ES&S machines
Help - Does anyone have a poll watchers check list to monitor elections
that use:

ES&S iVotronics (with the RTAL printer)

ES&S M100 Optical scanners

Automark ballot marking devices

Blend of ES&S iVotronics and M100s

My goal is to create a good list and send it out to political parties across
our state and to candidates, so that they will be doing some of this
work for us.

We have 100 counties and nearly 3,000 precincts, so making candidates
aware will help.

1. Try this link.
http://www.in.gov/sos/elections/workers/training/

It looks like what you are looking for. I didn't open them up because pdf's drive me nuts waiting for them to load.

Hope this helps.

a PDF opening to see what is there. Can I really spare the whole 30 seconds it will take? I've got to get over this instant gratification thing! LOL

edit: I looked through some of the directions. No wonder there are so many problems with these stupid machines. Press no instead of yes. If you don't all the votes are cancelled. Send the results via phone/modem. Do this, don't do that, and on and on. Nothing like taking a simple process, (voting in an election), and making it a mental exercise, easily screwed up by a well-meaning, but not computer savvy poll-worker. And this doesn't even take into account intentional screw ups. It certainly does make it easy to hide election fraud.
