Did they not break anti-trust laws--if not RICO laws--by acting in concert to deny voting machines to Leon County, in order punish Ion Sancho for his discovering the security flaws in Diebold optiscans and decertifying those machines?
Isn't this like, say, Chevron, Exxon and Shell getting together to drive Citgo out of business? Or like Walmart, Home Depot and RiteAid getting together to jointly deny shipping or other services to some smaller retailers?
Is this not conspiracy? Is this not illegal?
And is this not even much, much worse than big corporations conspiring against smaller businesses--or conspiring to jack up prices? Is this not CONSPIRACY TO INTERFERE WITH U.S. ELECTIONS?
------
"Not only has Diebold itself refused to do further business with Leon County as long as Sancho is election supervisor (refused, that is, either to correct the security flaws Sancho found or sell him different machines, or even return his phone calls), but the other two voting machine companies certified in Florida, ES&S and Sequoia, have also refused to do business with him." --Bob Koehler
