I was. Because what I may have suspected seems to be somewhat of a known. Fritakis said 14,000 ballots were diverted to a warehouse.

If ballots were diverted, they must have been culled.

Here is where you can find out about punchcard hyardware:
http://www.cardamation.com/

It seems that punchcards can be sorted and programmed to punch. In fact they can print and punch with the same machine. Once a ballot is detached from the stub there is no identifying serial number.

1. During the recount, several observers noted the cards were sorted...
and in perfect condition.

3. Why Warren County?
Have you heard where this occurred in other counties of Ohio? or other states? or is Warren county the most obvious where this occurred?

5. Warren is the only county that prevented the media from observing
Warren and the contiguous counties of Butler, Clermont and to a lesser extent Hamilton had the largest C. Ellen Connaly anomaly. Assuming that not every Kerry vote culled and converted to a Bush vote also had a vote for C. Ellen Connaly, these numbers are huge.

Warren was caught lieing about being told by Homeland Security and or the FBI about a level 10 terror alert. They also preplanned there terror alert but did not bother telling reporters before making the trip all the way out there that they would not even let them in the building. They finally alllowed the media to enter the lobby 2 floors below the tabulation.

Where there is smoke there is fire IMHO.

4. revisiting the Florida recount
It never hurts to fine tune Gore's stolen victory there. The Gore team expected to find a lot more punch card ballots going for them in the challenged counties. What observations apply to that situation?

6. It doesn't apply, the genuis to stealing Kerry votes in SW OH was
that people expected those counties to go for Bush, so if a 5 percent margin was culled and converted to Bush votes using a sorter and a cardpunch machine that can also print ballots in one pass, people would assume that a 70/30 Bush margin was to be expected.
