Please help re. legal opinions on USSC decision in Bush v. Gore
Hi all

I'm engaged in a little project here, and I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I'm looking for weblinks to legal opinions regarding the incorrect decision made by the SC in December 2000 that stopped the Florida recount (it should be clear that I'm looking for opinions that the decision was WRONG). The more gravitas held by the person writing the opinion, the better.

The background:

My alma mater (Boston University) recently sent out a fundraising advertisement which featured a story regarding a new endowed professorship in Law. The benefactor for this particular chair is a BU-trained lawyer who worked for * in 2000 to stop the recount. What I want to do is to write a scathing reply to the University regarding this (being a bit curious why they would be so proud of helping to subvert democracy in the US, and contributing directly to the deaths of thousands); in order to do this more effectively, I need to be able to back up my assertions with reference to some solid legal arguments and opinions.

I suppose I could just google this, but I'm aware that many of you have spent a lot of time on this issue and will know what the relevant sources are.

thanks!

1. Here's something:
Books:
Supreme Injustice by Alan Dershowitz also
Vincent Bugliosi did an article called None Dare Call it Treason that was about the Bush v Gore decision, also did a book - I'm not sure what it was called.
For primary sources try www.findlaw.com or www.westlaw.com

4. No link
But there was a letter signed by a whole raft full of law professors detailing the huge mistake the Scotus made. I'm sure it can be found on google, maybe even findlaw. Good luck.
