How much Collusion Occurred in Election Fraud?

Was it coodinated nationwide by the White House? I mean to do that would leave evidence of meetings, people who could talk.

Maybe it was just a state operation with Sec. of States in charge of coordination of the cheating with only minimal knowledge of the White House.

Maybe it was simply independent operations... Death by a thousand cuts.

The thing is, the voting results for each county were stored on central tabulator databases on unpatched Windows machines, which could be accessed remotely via modem.

What's more, plenty of information about the format of the GEMS tabulator databases (ordinary Access databases with a "double-book" system and editable "audit" logs) has been circulating on the Internet for more than 2 years.

Any individual with rudimentary hacking skills and this knowledge could have "hacked" the 2004 vote. There is absolutely no conspiracy needed here.

the computerized voting machine manufacturers and their star programmers, some of whom are safely out of the long reach of the law in places like, oh, Vancouver, Canada.
