well we all know that Diebold truly sucks but. . .
At the drive through at the bank earlier today there was a big SUV blocking my view to the teller who was taking forever to cash my check. I found myself glaring at length at the DIEBOLD sign and I had an overwhelmingly deviant urge to graffitize the equipment by writing under the Diebold logo. . ."rigs elections."

Then I quickly became aware of the surveillance camara and I started to wonder. . .What if I started to carry some masking tape in my car and wrote "rigs elections" on it and afixed the tape underneath every Diebold sign I happened upon for a while, knowing full well that I would be on camara. . . Would that be a prosecutable offense if I wasn't really damaging any property?

Whaddya think?

Does anyone think this is a good or a really ubelievably stupid idea?

1. not a lawyer, but I think under a normal administration, there'd be no
serious consequences, but this aint normal.
instead, why not try being a big republican donor first? Worked for that pilot.

Yeah I'd the same feeling. I guess a whole lot of people would have to do it at once, kind of like those "flash mobs" from a couple years ago to have any serious gravitas and less likelihood of negative repercussions.

4. Performing an educational service to the public?
Sounds harmless to me.
Likely consequence: frivolous lawsuit by Diebold alleging defamation of character.

Your appeal will be rejected by Priscilla Owen and her pitiful ilk.

8. welp I live in a deep blue state
My former attorney is the state Senate Majority leader and a neighbor (who's a total gem) is on the state Supreme Court. Think I'd better consult with them perhaps.
