State sues manager of rare coin fund, who steps down in the wake of the scandalThe man who's been administering the rare coin investment made by the Bureau of Workers Compensation is no longer in charge of those funds. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, a court agreement now makes sure the bureau has control over those funds.
