State sues manager of rare coin fund, who steps down in the wake of the scandal

The man who's been administering the rare coin investment made by the Bureau of Workers Compensation is no longer in charge of those funds. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, a court agreement now makes sure the bureau has control over those funds.

Found this on my lunch break, not heard it yet -- and don't have speakers on my computer -- SO -- I'm sorry I don't have more information, but considering all of the stuff about NOE recently, thought it was important.

2. Finally got to listen it -- it is about NOE -- he made a 4 million dollar

loan to an individual with these assets (Loan is due at end of July, and individual is publically traded entity(??))
