(the sharksuit) time to gang tackle Seqouia voting systems
Edited on Thu May-12-05 12:35 PM by FogerRox
Ya'all know about Landsharks suit in WA --right! ! ! !

So I was talking to a lawyer from my little group of ELection reform agitators here in Essex County NJ and we thought it would be best If Every damn activist group in any county, state, municipality, whatever--that like me has an election official who has signed a contract w/Seqouia to purchase DRE's--sign on to landsharks suit--

Is that whats called a class action suit? >doh<

Seqouia will/can srug off landsharks suit--they have the legal team the money etc.

But If I can get the 5 or so countys in NJ who are signed on to get the Seqouia AVC EDge to gang tackle Seqouia--(join the sharksuit)

And then maybe someone elese can get it on in another state.

Landshark has them by the shoelaces--maybe I can can hit them in the knees. And some one goes for the body--its a gang tackle---

And when that happens in Football--some times the football is fumbled.

7. Thanks, not to mention that when in grade school and jr high I
was a cheesehead (responding to your Lombardi mention). And still a Packer fan, always a Packer fan, especially during those down decades.

6. Yeah I know--ES&S--I was in Broward in OCT.
Many or all of these legal tactics will apply with ES&S.
1)Getting reporters or candidates to make FIOA requests.
2) Suing the GOvernor as did some folks in NJ, under sunshine/open GOv laws.
3) Suing ES&S like the Shark sued Seqouia in WA.

The more groups who want to sue ES&S in FL the better---maybe class action --manytimes are more effective against a Corporation, than a single suit.
