A question about "next time" and Video Cameras... what exactly is

A question about "next time" and Video Cameras... what exactly is
legal in terms of videotaping on election day? Do you have to get a permit from the BOE? Do you have to be a voter in that precinct, or NOT in that precinct? Given the number of Republican "challengers" who were given the right, at the last minute, to be in all sorts of precincts to "watch" the election and to "challenge" when they deemed it necessary, what would have to be done, to say, have a team of videographers working at several precincts?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
