At 10:30 or so PST, Randy Gordon and I will appear on the Thom Hartmann show for 17-20 minutes. (this follows up on an appearance on his Portland show earlier this morning).

1. I will be listening. I listen to Thom everyday he is by far the best

liberal talk show host. Everyone needs to read Thom Hartmann's books Unequal Protection, and What Would Jefferson Do. Both books clear lay out how screwed up our country has become, and how far we have strayed from the intent of the founding fathers.

5. I love Hartmann!

He is one of our greatest voices!! His book We the People: A Call to Take Back America should be required reading as it is a great primer of what America is all about. I especially like that he discusses the commons & how we all own the commons & why that shouldn't change; why we shouldn't allow the privatization of them to the corporations. It is written in comic book fashion & is a very quick read, but you will get so much out of this book! Have your children read it too!!!

I've also read The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight which I found very enlightening with the whole competitive cultures vs. cooperative cultures. It was a great read.

4. Land Shark was on Thom's Portland show this morning, and afterward,

they called him and asked him to be on the national show. This is exactly what I was hoping would happen. I figured once Thom heard him, he'd want him on the national show.

I emailed Thom when I heard he was moving to Portland and starting a show and told him about Land Shark's lawsuit and that he'd be a great person to have on the show. Thom emailed back and said he'd check it out. I am excited! Thom doesn't waste any time.
