Tried to go on Black Box Voting this morning. Found the site down. Than I found this report on a search. Whats going on?

1. That report is old, as is the Diebold action.
their problem now is with their ISP:

2. Calm down.
Last I heard(yesterday), the BBV site was experiencing heavy, heavy loads and there was some problems connecting, for some people. Diebold has not taken the site down, as of yesterday.

Interest engenders website hits.

3. they were hacked badly a couple of days ago
either they arent back up yet or the bandwidth is indeed exceeded like the message says.

this one is not due to a legal takedown.
