6. Sheesh! After reading this, I'm wishing Congress had a big

"FLUSH" handle and all the congressmen (except those few we rescued) would spin down the drain like the Tidybowl man. Most seem to be equivalent to what normally goes down that drain anyhow. Now THAT would make voting a whole lot easier!

like the Bush people are in stage two: fighting us. They know we know they stole it and are trying to prove it. That's why they're doing this and sending these people out. To show that Bush really did "win" the election. I watched a few minute's of the election reform on CSPAN last night during commercials of the FDR documentary and I saw them listening to some woman and she was talking about how some polling places don't help people and they need people who know what they're doing and feel comfortable to help people who are disabled so they can vote and then this one guy was on talking about statitcs and I guess he was talking about how numbers have gone down of people voting from 2000 to 2004 and they showed Baker and he was just smiling and smirking like how Bush does when he knows he gets away with something.

She's my rep but as minority leader, she's representing all of us as well.

I know Nancy has to pick her fights but this one needs to get picked. I was transferred to the legislative office and asked the staffer if Nancy had a public position on this commission. No. Okay, then I explained why it was stacked -- using Mr. Pastor's performance this morning as an illustration. (So, maybe I should thank the guy for proving our point.)

I don't know if anyone has the moral energy to take this up. But, we've been paying for a truckload of b#llshit under Bush. Republican rallies, "abstinence" websites, and my personal favorite, Pentagon investigations of itself.

We need real reform not a fake commission that will yield another fake report -- all at our expense. :nuke:

Nancy needs to take this up and so does Boxer -- especially in light of the recent developments in California. Their interest should be peaking, right about now.
