I'm compiling evidence against Diebold optiscan to present to the local board of elections.

2. Look at
New Mexico ..... every area that used optiscan went to *. Including areas
that went to Gore in 2000.

Greene County, Ohio ..... the #s do not make sense ...... 2 black colleges
with about 3,500 reg. voters got a total of 50 votes.
