I'm rootin for Putin to tell Bush....
that he can't invade any more countries without major consequences. The reason Putin is backing away from democracy is our stolen election has convinced him, there is not much democracy here.

1. On Bill Maher the other night they were discussing the Iraqi
elections. Bill was saying how the really hard work begins now. Putting a government in place, writing their constitution, etc. Robin Williams made the comment that they could have our Constitution since we aren't using it.

8. I missed all but the last 10 minutes of the show.
Tell me, did Tommy Thompson say anything of note? (he was our governor at one time, and he RARELY said anything of note!)

9. No, he did not.
One of the few republicans on Bill's show that didn't spout off. But then, Williams did have him & Biden in stitches most of the time.

4. I disagree on motive
I think Putin backed away from Democracy because he has the long-term goal of turning Russia into a semi-fascist, one party state.

But I could be wrong, he may have changed because of the fraud in the November election here.

5. Rootin for Putin
Be careful what you wish for. Putin and Bush are both totalitarans at heart. Bush got a sense of his soul and found a kindred spirit. Remember, "dictatorship is easier, as long as I'm the dictator"
