Is anyone else having problems with C-Span and C-Span 2?

They are showing up blues screen on my TV and I keep hearing them cut what is being said and then going back to it.

It's not a TV problem all three of my TV's have the same thing going on.

I have all the other channels as far as I can tell.

I'm in Colorado, maybe it is just my stupid cable company!
