EAC annual report came out last month,

For instance, snipped from the report PDF:

At its June 2004 meeting/, the Board of Advisors elected Doug Lewis,
Executive Director of the Election Center, to serve as temporary Chairman while it develops bylaws.

Having R Doug Lewis as temporary chairman is risky to any state trying to stem the flood
of paperless electronic voting.

The Election Center takes money from Diebold, Sequoia and ES&S.
It is sitting on a huge pile of cash reserves, and owns stock in who knows what companies.

The Election Center has another representative on the Board as well.
He is Ernie Hawkins, who is identified as the former Registrar of Voters of Sacramento County (CA).
Does anyone have more info on his background?

In addition, Jim Dickson, the Diebold-connected lobbyist for the American Association
of People with Disabilities, is also one of the two members of the Advisory Board,
appointed by the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.

to see if you can provide background information on any others?
