Do we even know how many provisional ballots were cast in Ohio?
There is no news anywhere about that important tidbit. Surly there must be an answer somewhere. Also, who is monitoring the counting of the votes there?

They were throwing away the ones that didn't qualify and keeping no record of how many were thrown away. That's the last I heard.

4. That was in Florida, not OH
According to OH law, they have to wait until Nov 11 or 12 to check the ballots. They have said that total number of ballots is around 150,000.

According to OH law, counts start on Nov 11 or Nov12.

For the precincts to keep track of the number of provisional ballots cast. So, in short, no. We don't know.
