I THINK those don't get tallied until AFTER the regular precinct votes are counted.

19. Kerry is still behind 250,000 - I hope he can take it.
The Gore States + Florida or Ohio or Massouri (sp?) to win. Otherwise we will need two of New Mexico, Nevada, Arkansas, and Colorado, except New Mexico and Nevada together give us a tie.

250,000 absentee ballots still need counting, 90,000 of them from heavily Democratic counties -- as heard on Air America Radio. Florida Secretary of State says they can't start counting them until Thursday -- no reason given.

They're saying those ballots won't be counted until Thursday. Florida never bothered finishing their vote count last time, who says the same won't happen this time?
