Election was NOT stolen! It was EMBEZZLED!!!
I think it's important for people to think of the election in terms of an embezzlement, because it's easier to communicate to others that would reject the idea of "stolen" outright.

Embezzlers: We have all read about embezzlers in the business world. Why do so many of them escape being found out, until they have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars? Why do so many of them quietely abscond with the money, only to be discovered later?

THE SAME WAY THIS ELECTION WAS EMBEZZLED! Here's how the GOP plan worked on this election. They KNOW that they cannot simply take one area and perpetrate a massive vote theft there. It's too easy to trace.. Instead, the plan was: intimidation; registration fraud; purposeful disenfranchisement through lopsided resources; fraudulent felony purges; voter challenges; and, of course, through electronic vote fraud. The way they get away with this is by taking 200 votes here, 4,000 votes there, it's not one-stop-shopping for them. It's almost impossible to track EVERY instance of vote theft or suppression, because it is literally everywhere.. but mostly in the KEY states.

I knew we were being set up for this, by the GOP talking points regarding what states were "in play". Those almost ALL had some sort of electronic voting. We are no seeing how rampant their work has been, and how scattered it is. Embezzlers COUNT on getting away with their crime, because it's often too hard to discern a pattern, or to track scattered resources. Just as an embezzler pulls $1,000 out of 300 accounts, or pays themselves an extra $600 a week for years... that is how we have to look at the GOP model for election thievery. They have embezzled the election.. one precinct, one machine, one election official, one Sect. of State, at a time.

2. What I want to know is this...
Is there any report of a computer "mistake" that gave too many votes to Kerry? If all of these so-called glitches we are hearing about were truly just mistakes, I would think that altogether they would randomly allocate a roughly equal number of votes to each candidate. But I've heard only of errors that favored Bush. Some clever statistician must be keeping track of this, and it would probably be the closest thing to proof of the fraud we can get. In other words, what's the probable result in votes for each candidate as the result of many random or unrelated computer errors vs. what actually happened?

5. Exactly. Why do all the mistakes favor Bush?

A random error in so many incidents would favor neither party.

3. you are spot on.
A lot of people on here seem to be thinking in black or white terms, when in fact its all just shades of gray. From embezzeling votes, to coercing churches to become outright politically active, to controling media coverage, to repubs in key positions in the state electoral process abusing their position, this is a huge exercise in subtle illegality, its not a huge conspiracy. Thats not how this is operated, rather by getting your own people into certain positions you can 'lean' on them to 'do the right thing'. There's already lots of evidence trickling out about purposeful actions leading up to this.
I can't believe its harder to prove without a single smoking gun when you uncover an entire ruddy arsenal.

9. Exactly, it's like the mafia, they buy influence either with $$
or extortion.

A little here a little there...

In Warren County Ohio the BoE barred the press citing Homeland Security.

Warren's vote tally walled off
Alone in Ohio, officials cited homeland security

By Erica Solvig
Enquirer staff writer

LEBANON - Citing concerns about potential terrorism, Warren County officials locked down the county administration building on election night and blocked anyone from observing the vote count as the nation awaited Ohio's returns.

County officials say they took the action Tuesday night for homeland security, although state elections officials said they didn't know of any other Ohio county that closed off its elections board. Media organizations protested, saying it violated the law and the public's rights. The Warren results, delayed for hours because of long lines that extended voting past the scheduled close of polls, were part of the last tallies that helped clinch President Bush's re-election.

"The media should have been permitted into the area where there was counting," Enquirer attorney Jack Greiner said. "This is a process that should be done in complete transparency and it wasn't."

Warren County Emergency Services Director Frank Young said he had recommended increased security based on information received from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in recent weeks. Commissioners made the security decisions in a closed-door meeting last week, but didn't publicize the restrictions that were made until after polls closed.

Warren results (a higher percentage than similar suburban SW Ohio counties):

Bush/Cheney (R)
66523 72%

Kerry/Edwards (D)
25399 27%

Badnarik/Campagna (L)
190 0%

Peroutka/Baldwin
139 0%

Total Votes: 92251

4. Exactly. Think Enron.
Hell, it's their damn business model. Overstating profits, overstating votes, what's the difference?. It's just a diabolical accounting scheme.

6. I understand a lot of the former employees have found new jobs.
They just redistributed into Republican endeavors. Might be a good research project for someone to track this tangled web.

7. You've got to factor in spin also - the embezzlement of spin is

equally important.

Their partners in the embezzlement were and are the tv networks - their hosts and guests. They started out by telling us how close the polls were.

Then, they immediately started spinning after the heist, saying they won because we LACKED a moral message and the young did not turn out as expected.

Those who embezzle, cover-up. These embezzlers have an industry that makes money from spin.

I think DUers should break their pledge to not watch TV and do it today and tomorrow morning and note all the spin items - these have to be fought.

If you are not giving up winning the country (notice I didn't say winning back - we didn't lose it)...if you are not giving up on the country then fight that spin. Watch the repetition and watch the counter spinner. The counter spinner will try to say what they want Dems to believe about themselves and what they want Dems to say on TV and in any appearance about themselves.

Clinton is wrong...there is nothing wrong with our moral message - we believe in America - the U.S. portion of America, not embezzlers, liars, and murderers (specialists now think 100,000 Iraqis have been murdered by us).
