Which Senators are the most likely to contest the vote?
I'm just wondering in everyones opinion who they feel are the Senators who are MOST likely to contest the vote on the 6th? Personally, I feel that there might be a Senator who contest the vote, and will probably come the list of targeted Senators that Rep.Conyers has put together.

3. None
but that is Kerry's fault. He is out of the country and appears not to care. that sends a strong signal to the other Senators.

4. my letter to Russ Feingold

Senator Russ Feingold
517 East Wisconsin Avenue, Room 408
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
53202-4504
Dear Senator Feingold,

When I moved to Wisconsin 18 months ago one of the things I was happy about that was that you would now be my Senator.
I had admired your work, your honesty, your integrity, your positivity and your toughness for some time.
Today I write to ask you to demonstrate all of those qualities by standing with Congressman Conyers when he presents his case against the legitimacy of the 2004 election.
As I’m sure you are aware, there appear to be many irregularities in manifold form that just keep coming up. The lack of co-operation, the secrecy, the lack of transparency all could point to there being a problem. If the Ohio vote is confirmed it will be a blow against democracy.
Of course Ohio is at present the state receiving the most focus as regards this election cycle, however similar irregularities have been found in areas all across the country.
There may be absolutely nothing wrong. But there might be. Unless the election is thoroughly investigated –and not just by being allowed to inspect the small via the sample of ballots as provided by partisan election officials, then we will have once more had an illegitimate election.
Senator, please don’t allow what happened to the Congressional Black caucus in 2000 happen again.
Please take a stand and endorse Congressman Conyers objection.

Respectfully yours,

eek

7. wow that blows.
maybe repetition and volume will get somewhere?
It ain't an FBI matter to ask him to endorse.
That's just an agreement to make sure everything is or is not copacetic.

6. I think we will get a senator
I think at least one, and probably a few more will contest. In 2000, Gore had asked that no one contest the electors. That's why we didn't have a senator. But Kerry has made no such request. He is out of the country partly so it will look like this is a completely independent effort. I've been of the opinion for some time that the whole recount/fraud investigation would have to come from someone other than Kerry, in order for it to be considered legitimate. I personally think Kerry may have asked a few people to stand up and contest. But you'll never hear that from anyone officially. And I think it's best that they not leak it ahead of time.

8. not a single one . . . count on it . . .
and -- although this is pure speculation I have no proof whatsoever -- I'd bet that a key reason is that Kerry doesn't want them to . . . and that he's let it be known that he doesn't want them to . . .
