Resolution to contest the 2004 election

WHEREAS there are more irregularities in the 2004 U.S. election than in the Ukrainian election, and

WHEREAS the odds are at least 250 million to 1 against Bush having legitimately won the 2004 election, and

WHEREAS there is evidence of rigging of the tabulation machines to give Bush an undeserved victory,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the 69th A.D. call on all members of the Senate and House of Representatives to contest the results of the 2004 election when Congress re-convenes in 2005.

Passed unanimously Dec. 1, 2004
