I am so sick of the people on this forum who say "there's no evidence that will hold up in court".

First of all there is AMPLE evidence which has been posted here ad naseum which points to malfeasance and cover ups.

However, BEFORE YOU GET TO COURT YOU GET SEARCH WARRANTS TO GATHER MORE CONCERT EVIDENCE.


At this point, there is PLENTY of rock hard, factual evidence which is sufficient to call for further investigation and discovery.

Investigation also allows for discovery and depositions, witness interviews, inspection and the list goes on! Fact finding is an investigation.

The GAO is still investigation as far as I know, and they have not had conclusive findings.

8. Law enforcement is the only body which can get search warrants

This has to be ok'd by a judge.

A search warrant would be WAY down the road in terms of the process of this thing...
Criminal charges have to be brought against specific people...


I am all for preserving the evidence and finding out what we find out and going from there.

However, I am 100% unwilling to jump to conclusions until the voting machines are examined and every relavent employee is deposed under oath.
