1. When they actually start to recount, I'll let you know.

3. I thought they had? What's the status, when does it begin?

 To my understanding they've started the preliminaries correct?

You gave a smartassed answer to a legitimate question. There are several hundred fraud threads, encompassing all sorts of information. But, the exit polls are not the end all, and that's all I'm seeing so far? We also have several people testifying as to "how" the fraud was conducted, but their stories are not like.

So, if you have some information, such as "the recount will start on X date" or ? please do share as I'm genuinely interested.

7. Just pointing out that the recount is a sham
When and if they start a complete hand-count of the ballots available, then it will be considered a legitimate recount. Sorry for the sarcasm.

8. No problem.
I just wonder if there will be a full recount? I hope so. We need to know one way or another.

Fraud or no fraud, this is an issue of integrity/faith in our democracy.

PEACE. :hi:

4. Nothing has changed
No, they are not finding any hard evidence. The count is not changing. The Republican's covered their tracks too well. Rove knew the exit polls would create suspicion and he planned for the recount accordingly. We are dealing with devious genius bastards and we are completely out manned.

6. Whats going on in Ohio is a bureaucratic exercise- no intent to "recount"
The big diffence in Ohio was explained by vote fraud which has been documented, mistakes due to malfeasance by officials, and over 93,000 uncounted votes, mostly punch card hanging chads. They are just recounting the votes again in the same way they did the first time, since the Secretary of State countrols the process. If they aren't going to take fraud into account or count the uncounted votes, there wasn't any point in doing a "recount".
Some systematic vote machine fraud has been documented in Ohio
http://web.northnet.org/minstrel/youngstown.htm

And massive levels of systematic voter suppression of minority voters has been demonstrated.
http://web.northnet.org/minstrel/columbus.htm

But other fraud that is known about is being covered up by the Secretary of State by illegally preventing the recounters from looking at the voter logs, which is the only way to document many types of fraud which appear to have occurred.

9. Oh goodness, thanks for the info.
I think :(

I knew they stole the election via voter supression, just didn't know if they committed BBV fraud or not.

Disgusting to read this article. I think I'll wait, it's making me angry all over again. *sigh*

12. Why so depressed?
I more than satisfied to know we defeated bush and they still cheated

That also means none of the other tricks with the state and corporate sponsored propaganda and intimidation, fear, etc. worked on the general population. The only thing they got left that separates them from getting their due is the shills in corporate media keeping a lid on the fraud. Wake up and smell the coffee :kick:

11. IMHO the recount will fail...BUT if the Contesters get into "discovery"...
...in their lawsuit before the Ohio Supreme Court, the Earth could still move. (But after the Inauguration).

Discovery means taking depositions, examining voting machines and tabulators, getting access to phone records, etc. This seems all the more important where, as here, it has become apparent that Triad (the tabulation computer contractor) is systematically trying to swap out hardware on their computers in 42 Ohio counties to cover their tracks.

Please support the Arnebeck Election Contest with your $$$s, your keyboard strokes, and your volunteer hours.
