Let the lawsuits begin. Starting in Florida. Those fucking machines need to be toast.
Let's roll!

5. I think he might. Maybe we could
start a letter writing campaign to Senator Edwards and ask that he do this.

3. We need a "contest the election results" forum
I honestly don't know how to begin, I just have been reading some ideas here and there.
I heard it is a possibility we can sue to get Florida to prove the results on the "no recount is possible" machines.

8. Challenge the Results
NewYorker from Mass, great idea but unforutanately only certain persons have "standing" to challenge something like election results. In nearly all cases, it has to be a person directly affected by the outcome of the results. Since Kerry and party have given in without a fight, they are the only ones who can make the challenge. I know, I know, all Americans are directly affected by this asshole in the White House but that is the way the law works.

11. Wait, didn't Edwards says they were going to fight
for every vote? Kerry conceded -- maybe it's Edwards' job to carry on the fight.

We need to look at Ohio & Florida for sure...where else though?
http://www.blackboxvoting.org started putting in Freedom of Information Act requests last night I guess.

4. Don't want to sound naive...
I just read at CNN.com that there are 5 to 6 million uncounted absentee/provisional ballots... Don't those count toward the state's total regardless of whether a candidate has conceded?

7. Hey. Maybe Kerry's laid back to let others do this digging
I have no idea. I can only dream.

9. I'd settle for just counting the 6 million outstanding ballots
i.e. all the absentee and provisional ballots that won't get counted now that Kerry has conceded. and maybe having the media talk about Greg Palast's comments on the stolen election for one news cycle...Jon Stewart are you listening?
