Does Arnebeck know what he's up against?

I'm sure he's a good lawyer but do you think he really knows what he's up against?

Does he know who Karl Rove is and what he's done in other elections?

Has he seen the movie Bush's Brain?

I think we can expect Arnebeck to get "Roved" if he hasn't already. I hope he knows what this means and that he's prepared for it.

I heard that Arnebeck believes Curtis. If so I hope it's not a Rove trick, that would be devastating.

I hope that Arnebeck and/or the people around him are looking out for false leads that are designed to discredit him.

1. Right now, I would guess that

only Arnebeck and his team know what Arnebeck knows. I'm sure he is well aware of Rove's tactics. Apparently he feels confident he has the information he needs to make his case in court. We'll never know how much ammunition he has until he uses it.
