I think somebody must be wishing they'd never called him over.

3. We're not letting him leave
I know you'd like him back, but we need him here. We just need him for a couple of years, until we can retrain our spineless Democrats.

It's pathetic that we have no one, NO ONE, in Congress who has ever come close to this level of honesty. We could use a couple hundred more Mr. Galloways in the halls of Congress.

7. You see. This is how to behave on the Left.
Anger and passion and eloquence. Not feeble and apologetic.

Viva the British Left

6. Hold your heads high for Mr. Galloway today
I know, there are his moments when his own bombast gets the best of him, but today was not one them.

Lefties on both sides of the Atlantic can be proud of him tonight.

9. I almost wept with joy when I saw him testify
I found it especially sweet as I live in Minnesota and the senator he really went after was Minnesota's "own" Norm "The weasel" Coleman (he's the jerk that said he was a 99% improvement over Paul Wellstone). I just loved the way Galloway kept calling him Norman. (According to the local paper, last week he compared Normie to Joseph McCarthy and called him a "licksplitter", per the definition of the word in the paper it's a perfect description of Coleman.)

The local station in Minneapolis that carries Al Franken's show has two local shows on before Al's. They were really giving the testimony a lot of play - and enjoying every minute of it - though the local TV stations didn't have a whole lot to say about it and the newpaper's article was so-so - like they had to give Normie a chance to defend himself.
