http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/phone-hacking/8639265/Phone-hacking-Jean-Charles-de-Menezess-cousin-attacks-Rupert-Murdoch.html

The cousin of Jean Charles de Menezes who may have had his phone hacked by the News of the World has launched a bitter attack on Rupert Murdoch and said he plans to sue News Corp.

...He said he has been told he may have had his phone hacked between 2005, the year that his cousin was killed in a bungled police operation when he was mistaken for a suicide bomber, and 2008. ..

Speaking to the Rio de Janeiro based newspaper O Globo, he described the News of the World as a newspaper of "speculation and sensationalism."

"His paper has survived on the misery and suffering of many people," said Mr Pereira.
