BBC reporting many instances of polling place irregularities
Some polling places closed with people still in line, at least one polling place extended the voting period past 10pm, at least one ran out of ballot papers, and Harriet Harman has raised the possibility of legal challenges.

2. Neo Con Labour learnt well from Bush.
I do not believe the predicted Lib dem outcome nor do I ever remember queues likethis in any elections where turnouts used to be much higher.

Sheffield voters are on strike and preventing ballot boxes leaving so they can vote and in Brum voters are having a lock in. Not unusual for Brum but it normally involves liquid not paper.

3. This is getting embarrassing
I used to think that at least we held elections in which everyone got to vote if they wanted. This is 3rd world stuff. Dimbleby just said on the BBC that Chester, a marginal, had out-of-date voter lists, and 600 people were turned away - enough to affect the result.

Dimbleby is practically harrumphing. "A rum job" was a direct quote from him.

5. There *will* be legal challenges
Paxman is ripping the system apart on this mess. That said, it's doubtful that it'll be decisive.
