When I look at him and those eyes, all I can think is that the man is pure evil (and others I've spoken to have had the exact same reaction!)

6. I've seen pure evil eyes. The pupils are huge. They take over the eyes.

There may not be any emotion behind it when sociopaths do it (stare). But the way it affects you is big.

Harper has cold eyes. His pupils are small. He is not emotionally engaged in what he talks about. He does not care deep down inside. But he is not a master at hiding that lack of humanity. So he is just a cold autocrat. And because his eyes are so blue.. all that blue cannot hide how little he gives a flying shit about what we care about most.
