Did you hear Pr. Sec. Gibbs quoting Canada's Harper defending Obama on MSNBC?

I posted this in General Presidential but thought I would post it here too:

Harper will now be as happy as a pig in shit....he's being noticed by the White House and the American media! He is almost turning himself inside out in order to get attention these days! His latest tack is that he gave a rather eloquent defense of Obama's performance at the Americas Summit. It is so disgusting to me to watch this asshole trying so hard to pretend he is a progressive when only a very few years ago he was speaking before U.S.A right-wing groups and describing Canada as...I believe the quote is..."a failed socialist state and proud of it."....Now he is bragging at the latest G20 Summit that Canada has the world's most stable banking system because of our oversight and regulations....things he fought against in the recent past! He also went on Fox TV (before he was P.M.) and apologized to the American people for Canada not joining in the war against Iraq...somerhing he now wants us to forget!
He is so wiley and realizes that being in Obama's corner makes him look good at home in Canada, where Obama's approval ratings are over 80% and his are in the 30s.
I detest this man so much I just HAD to post this!

P.S....The reason he is doing all this is in order to fool the Canadian public into thinking he is not a right winger and maybe then he will get a majority government in the next election.

'ride Obama's coattails' knowing how popular President Obama is in Canada. I don't think it will work, he already has a history that is antithetical to Obama's agenda.
