Honeymoon between Quebec and Stephen Harper over: Bloc Quebecois
QUEBEC (CP) - Bloc Quebecois Leader Gilles Duceppe says the honeymoon between some Quebecers and Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper is just about over.

Duceppe said Monday that he's preparing for "a tough fight" with Harper in Quebec, which could provide the prime minister with the majority that he's seeking in a future election.

The Bloc leader said Harper's "amateurism" on a number of issues will hurt the Conservatives in Quebec.

"We realize that the priorities and values that are driving Mr. Harper aren't those of Quebec," said Duceppe, who was in the Quebec City region, where the Bloc lost six seats in last January's federal election.
