JOIN LEGISLATIVE DEMOCRATS AS THEY GO ACROSS THE STATE TO FIGHT FOR PROPERTY TAX FAIRNESS

Senate and Assembly Democrats will be coming to a neighbor’s yard near you this Monday, May 23rd to talk about their fight for a fairer property tax system.

Wisconsin Democrats are promoting the Homeowners Property Exemption (HOPE) as a way to give homeowners a permanent tax break.

The HOPE plan exempts the first $60,000 of a home’s assessed property and provides a tax credit. The average tax credit for a Wisconsin homeowner is over $569, and we can do this by closing corporate loopholes.

These legislators would greatly appreciate their fellow Democratic Party members at their press conferences on Monday. If you have time and are available, come out and join us.
