Wisconsin leads the nation when it comes to cutting support for education.

Wisconsin has moved to take authority away from local elected school boards and parents and to rest it with political appointees who respond to Gov. Scott Walker and out-of-state groups that are spending millions of dollars to undermine public education.

Wisconsin’s best and brightest teachers — the Teacher of the Year award winners — have joined mass demonstrations to decry the assault by politicians and their cronies on public education.

What’s Walker’s response? He wants to tell the nation how to do the same.

That’s right. Walker has been invited to join governors from states across the country for a special “Education Nation” panel session focused on education and economic competitiveness, titled “The State of Education: The Governor’s Perspective.”

1. This guy didn't even finish college... He has no business tampering with
other parents and teachers authority on education...

2. Really? What perspective can he lend? He's so far out
in left field.

His plan only includes demonizing teachers and all other public workers, make them do more with less, create a 'harping class' of people who know NOTHING about education, but sure have plenty of opinions as to why teachers 'are the problem', not a part of the solution.
