The State Attorney general could be issuing a legal opinion on whether a recall targeting the Gov.
would also include the Lieutenant Governor.
The board that oversees elections in Wisconsin believes the recall against Governor Scott Walker would not include Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch. Democrats say they intend to seek a recall of Governor Walker next year but have not yet targeted Lieutenant Governor Kleefisch."http://www.nbc26.com/news/covering-wisconsin/129421873.html

1. If I know my J's and B's, Van Hollen will do what his owners tell him....
and Kleefisch will be exempt from the Walker recall. I would give a less than a 1% chance that Van Hollen would decide otherwise.

13. I recall that John Byron is also the Master Mason of Wisconsin
:tinfoilhat:

as well as another RW apparatchik possessed by the Spirit of Glenn Beck here in our State.

14. uh...
That's what the J.B. stands for, John Byron?

Are there any photos of him with the dark hood on, presiding over a
table of guys with dark hoods on, with the human skull and the bottle
poison and the live scorpion in the middle of the table?

No, wait.... That is Van Hollen and there he is with the big top hat
and the rest of the ensemble:

Kind of like this adult Halloween voodoo costume, minus the chicken
bones (I think) around the neck:

15. He was also co-chair of McCains campaign.
In 2008 while serving as state co-chair of GOP nominee John McCain’s campaign, Van Hollen filed a lawsuit which could have disenfranchised hundreds of thousands of legal Wisconsin voters after pressuring from GOP leaders. Open records requests in 2008 showed a top Van Hollen aide had “multiple conversations” with Republican Party of Wisconsin Chair Reince Preibus preceding Van Hollen’s intervention in that case.http://www.onewisconsinnow.org/press/one-wisconsin-now-requests-van-hollen-doj-communications-on-partisan-gop-health-reform-lawsuit-3-25-2010.html

The only thing that could tie this all up is to find out that the Kochs and the Lt. Gov. husband are all part of this secret society. This just gets more strange by the month having walker in the gov. mansion... All working together to block the people's vote....

5. Unless Walker resigns prior to or during the collection of recall signatures
Walker is a rotten egg. Among the employees of the Koch Brothers, he is most likely an embaressment, the black pickled egg in the bottle on the bar. Would the FBI be setting the ground work for his indictment if the Koch Brothers were protecting him? I doubt it.

4. So why not run two seperate recall petitions at the same time
Edited on Sun Sep-18-11 09:38 AM by Yon_Yonson
am I missing somthing here?

GAW’s cop Van Hollen has been pretty quiet in this whole Herr Walker CLUSTERFUCK but now he has to make a statement that could affect the RECALL? I view Van Hollen as nothing more than a Herr Walker accomplish and he falls into the NEOCON RAT TURD category.

6. We can do two petitions.
I think this is just a technical decision.

7. Much easier said than done
Getting the required signatures to recall Walker will be no picnic, but it is, I think, doable. Regarding Kleefisch, I am sure everyone has come across the multitude of independent voters in the uninformed masses that claim prior to every election, "I vote for the person, not the party". Kleefisch is an unknown to probably 75% of the electorate. I do not think a Kleefisch recall will work.

8. Tend to agree
She's not out in front in Walker's war against workers...most people don't even know who the Lt Governor is...she hasn't gotten the filth of Walker's policies under her fingernails enough to hang a good recall effort on her alone...if it's a "ticket" (e.g. Walker/Kleefish) then that's another kettle of (Klee)fish.

have to explain who she is and why she should be removed. Making stupid statements does not rise to the occasion of an impeachable or recall-worthy offense, IMHO. Unlike senators targetted for recall, she did not actively participate in passing any legislation or break open meeting laws or anything like that.

11. Those who know that Kleefisch doesn't mind govt. paying for her
cancer treatment, but wants to cut it for others is a vital issue. This double standard is not American... and people need to be reminded of this...
