Feingold is a crack debater. He debated in high school, I believe one of Wisconsin's top.

Johnson sounds like a total IDIOT.

Just how many people does anyone believe are actually watching or listening to this on a Friday night? Any one who sees Feingold as crushing Johnson is already going to vote for Feingold anyways.

Just like in a boxing match where he is ahead on points Johnson just has to stay away from Feingold and avoid the knockout or the big punch. Actually, that's not a bad strategy in these late rounds.

There are three debates. The local media will report on the debates and they can make it go either way.

(My CBS affiliate is showing it live, but I'm in liberal Madison.)

Edit: By any objective standards that was a slam dunk for Feingold.

I was sort of taken back when I heard Feingold refused to adhere to the usual and customary agreement of not using any footage of the debate in campaign ads.
