Repub running for 4th CD

Here's a little info I found on the person running for the Republicans in the 4th CD (to replace Kletzka). His name is Corey Hoze and he seems to be a politically conservative, ambitious young black man. Has a B.A. from Pepperdine (a conservative institution, where Ken Starr will be a dean), worked for Tommy Thompson at HHS and in his Milwaukee office while governor, also at Wis. Dept of Commerce, and was an executive at Miller Brewing. He naturally supports permanent tax cuts, personal accounts for Social Security, school choice, "welfare reform" and "tort reform."

The reason I bring this up is that we should not necessarily suppose that whoever wins the Democratic primary in September will automatically win in November. The race factor, especially in light of the recent Mayoral election and feelings surrounding that, will have some impact. I wonder how much. Any comments?
