Said no filibuster and that he hasn't made up his mind on running for president.

a filibuster and went on to say "enough dems have said no" that it didn't seem likely.

He didn't name these dems and I think it doesn't mean much.

I think they don't want to tip their hand if there is a filibuster.

Big differences between these statements. If there isn't enough support for the filibuster, there won't be one, regardless of whether he personally supports one or not.
