John Raese spent $4,660,113 of his own money trying to beat Joe Manchin.

For that he carried 13 out of 55 counties. Manchin kicked his ass by 11%.

Raese spent a total of $5,892,478 and got 227,960 votes. That's $26 per vote. Manchin spent $2,746,439 of not his own money and got 280,771 votes: Ten bucks a vote.
