Well here's another reason -- take a look at those feeding from the trough of Tom Delay's political action committee and guess who ranks second on the list!

However, I think this is a good thing. With DeLay's indictment, it also calls Capito's honesty into question. Did she know the funds were ill gotten booty? Or was she an unknowing participant in a GOP money-laundering operation? Myself, I think not. Sins of the father and all that.

WASHINGTON --Rep. Jeb Bradley, R-N.H., says he will return $15,000 in campaign funds from former House majority leader Tom DeLay's political action committee.

5. state Dems are going after her --showing a spine for a change

Last week’s indictment of House Majority Leader Tom Delay, R-Texas, by a grand jury in his home state could also influence Capito’s fortunes, regardless of which office she seeks. The political action committees set up by DeLay and other House GOP leaders have been a key source of Capito’s campaign funds since her first run in 2000.

This weekend, automated phone calls and e-mails from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee targeted Capito for her ties to DeLay. Both urge voters to tell Capito to return the estimated $38,000 she’s received from DeLay’s leadership PACs.
