ISO Young Dem Talent in WVA

Hey Guys! I have a young 527 (DemBench.org) that aims to deepen the "bench" of the party by boosting our young pols. I was hoping I could get your input on West Virginia.

I put Delegate Carrie Webster on the site because I heard good things. I wondered if you could give me other names or your thoughts on the following legislators that are under 40:

Del. Corey Palumbo
Del. Joe DeLong
Sen. John Unger


What do you think? Are these folks good progressives? Do they have talent to make it to higher office?

1. Unger is a

pretty smart guy, but he's no progressive. Palumbo is a good guy. Bonnie Brown, Bobbi Hatfield, Dan Foster??? Most progressives lost in 2002 and Barbara Fleishauser lost last election.

would be a good pick. Not in Carrie Webster's league, but a good choice.
