Inauguration party plans?
Got this in my email--will post others as I get them.

I will be hosting the Fidalgo Dems Inagural Party on 1/20/2009. Details to be anounced later, maybe in conjunction with Move-on. It will be potluck and BYOB for those who cannot afford the Skagit Dems or LD40th parties or just do not want to drive that far.

Message from host: Please join us Tuesday January 20th to commemorate the inauguration of our next president, watch and respond to the inaugural address and gather as a community to share and discuss ways to enrich and improve the quality of life for all those around us as well as the generations to come. We will be hosting an open forum for individuals or organizations interested in sharing their ideals and agendas and to solicit community involvement through contributions or direct action. The event will also feature local artists and musicians of various mediums seeking to promote inspiration and accessibility through community networking. A suggested donation of $5 to $10 per person will include entertainment and refreshments, with a full bar on location serving drinks at an additional cost. We are actively encouraging community involvement. If you or anyone you know would be interested in participating in the forum or providing entertainment, artwork or music for this or future events please contact us at the email address provided.
