RICHMOND, VA (WTVR) - Governor Bob McDonnell signed House Bill 1500 Monday, the appropriation bill amending the 2010-2012 biennial budget, including a lone line-item veto to cut PBS funding.

As a result, the governor will reduce the state's public television and radio funding by $424,001 in fiscal year 2012.
