Mother's Day advertising rant?

I have heard the most disgusting Mother's Day advertisements by a jewelry store in Austin and, good grief- H.E.B.

H.E.B states that there is a time when it is not the thought that counts - that those presents you made your mom weren't acceptable. Check out the chocolates and the flowers at H.E.B.

Same thing with the local jewelry store.

I'll take something made by a child any day over something purchased. And children listen to the radio. These advertisements are disgusting.
