1. Wish I could be there. "Hey Tom, tell us again why YOU didn't go to
Viet Nam!"

2. I'm too far away for this...
... but, if someone goes, say this for me: "Leave. Go far away. Don't come back."

3. How Would You Support a President Kerry War on Terrorism?
Hey, Tom, how would YOU support a Kerry Administration War on Terrorism? Would you back up President Kerry by not hindering appropriations or legislation, or would you be too busy trying to impeach John Kerry to bother with little things like terrorist acts against Americans and American interests?

Your record during the Clinton administration doesn't give the rest of us confidence about your willingness to support a Democratic presidential administration against al Quaeda terrorists.

4. Juanita has a few words...Priceless!
This ran through GD a couple of days ago but I think it's just too good to fall into the memory black hole. Enjoy!

DeLay Gives Self Made-Up Boy Scout Award!

Trying to get to the bottom of
this Fort Bend Boy Scouts honoring
Tom DeLay deal is like trying to nail
jello to a tree. ItÕll keep you busy, but
youÕre not gonna get a whole lot of
cooperation from either the jello or the
tree.

This I know for a fact: The
Scouts are not giving Tom DeLay an
award of any kind. They never have.
Chad Green at the Sam Houston Area
Council told me personally that the
Scouts did not pick Tom DeLay for this
or any other Scouting award.

So how did it happen that
thereÕs a party going on where the Fort
Bend Scouting is made to look like they
are presenting Tom DeLay with The
Golden Eagle Award?

This is where the jello and the
nails come in.
