Kinky's Environmental Plan: "Let's Copy Bell's Plan But Water It Down"
Kinky has rolled out "his" environmental plan.

Kinky calls it, "20 Percent by 2020."

I kind of like Kinky's plan, but I liked it even better when I read it on Chris Bell's website four months ago when it was called "10 Percent Renewable Energy by 2015." (http://www.chrisbell.com/releases/042406_renew)

Kinky, here are some additional environmental ideas you might want to steal from Chris Bell and then re-package as your own:

Bell blasts Perry for blocking state park funds (http://www.chrisbell.com/releases/073106_bonds)
Bell Calls for Carbon Dioxide Limits (http://www.chrisbell.com/releases/072606_CO2)
Bell: "Environment is a health care issue" (http://www.chrisbell.com/newsroom/071806)

1. kinky is a low level thief
With no good original ideas of his own. He has plenty of bad ones but none that will work. So he plagiarizes Bell's. What a screw boy.
