Hey, folks!

Several months ago I won a silent auction at the Harris County Young Democrats' Black and White Ball for tickets to see the Astros with the Harris County Democratic Party Chairman, Gerry Birnberg. Well, tomorrow I'm going to see the Astros beat the Cubs with him at 1 PM and he gave me 2 extra tickets. All of my friends have to work and I can't find ANYONE who can go with us. Who's interested in sitting in some great seats watching the Astros beat the Cubs and hanging out with me and Gerry?!

I needed to work anyway, and that they got shut out (again) by a rookie makes missing it hurt a lot less.

Definitely next time, but maybe next season when their playoff prospects aren't swirling the drain as they are now.
