TX-32 Pete Sessions' robo-call

Anybody else in TX-32 getting robo-calls from Pete Sessions? I got one on my answering machine last night:

"Hello, this is your Congressman, Pete Sessions. I was calling to ask your views on important issues facing the district and the nation. I'm sorry I missed you..."

Hey...how did he know he was going to "miss" me? If I had picked up the phone, would I have gotten a different message? Anybody else getting this robo-call?

Believe me, I've sent him plenty of letters over the past two years, telling him what my views are on "important issues facing the discrict and the nation." And guess what he's doing with my "important views?" It's going on his website, under the heading "Democrats Unhinged: The Real House Democratic Agenda." Check it out at:

Check it out--it's a list of all the petitions we've been signing for NOW, NARAL, John Conyers, and other progressive organizations, asking our members of Congress to sign on to certain bills. Now, Pete Sessions is using all that stuff against us. Some representation! :mad:

6. So, how does it work?

If the phone rings & you pick up, there's someone on the line, but if the machine gets is, you get the "sorry I missed you" message? When I'm home, I'll start trying to catch the phone before the machine gets it & hopefully I'll get a chance to tell off someone on Pete's team.
