Anybody here going on the KXEB Air America cruise?
I was looking into it as hubby and I have always talked about going on a cruise and this sounded like an opportunity to go on one and know that there was a group of people on board whose company we would enjoy. However, I discovered that they are scheduled to sail on Nov. 12th, which is right after the election. I could see that being either a good thing--people who put a lot of time into the elections surely deserve to get away and take a vacation, or it could be a bad thing--people who put a lot of time into the elections may want to stay home and recover by being a couch potato for a while. Just wondering if you know of anyone who is going. Thanks!

1. This is the first I've heard!
I'm afraid I tend to stream Air America a lot since I can't get AM in the office. Is there a link with the details? I'd be interested.

2. Every so often I hear the commercial on Air America.
Ahoy Cruises is the company putting it all together. It says on their website the deadline is May 20th, but I have heard the commercial still running within the last couple days.

I got a lot more information about the cruise in general by going to the Carnival website and looking up the ship Conquest.

We haven't made reservations yet, but we're leaning pretty strongly in that direction. Maybe we need to alert the South Texas DUers since it's leaving out of Galveston. DU party!

4. I don't think I can make this one but
I've cruised on Carnival before & out of Galveston. I like the Carnival Cruise Line & the Itenerary looks good, so if you can go, you should. :)
