When Rick Perry says we've gained 300,000 new jobs..
is he describing a net gain, or does he fail to mention the OLD jobs that were LOST?

1. If it comes out of Rick Perry's mouth, it 's a lie
Or as you described it very misleading. I'm sure he's not counting the prior lost jobs because they simply don't count. Too bad for the poor souls that lost those jobs. Employment and job numbers have always been an easy number to manipulate and I'm sure Perry is doing that.
